Our steel and stone structure are getting more and more main stream.

Not really a floating stone staircase but none the less very interesting with its metal stinger hidden in the partition wall.

Webb and Yates have done a good scheme and the system was quick and easy. The so simple trick of locking the torsion of the tone steps or treads make all the fitting so straight forward. Again some more picture for this stair made of french limestone. It could have been marble carrara or maybe a Crema marfil type of stone ( but Crema marfil is too weak )  but on this occasion the owner was after a more subtle finish. We could have provide an anstrude stone for the tile floor but that was not required. Funnily enough we had a stone porch to provide using the same stone.
